Open project file from command line
« on: April 29, 2011, 01:14:21 pm »
I open a project file with the following command line:

--close_all {$drive$}:\2home\hippoedit\mib.heprj

In version 1.49.805 this opens the project with the actual project file displayed as xml. In the preceding beta version the actual project file was not displayed. Is there another command line to open the project without displaying the project file?

Hi Steve,

Yes, it was a bug I have fixed. Because there was no way to see raw content of project file in hippoedit - project file was always automatically recognized and opened as a "project".
You can use explicit command to open project file:
--close_all --project="{$drive$}:\2home\hippoedit\mib.heprj"

you can get a full list of command line parameters with --help
