[Solved] Manage Tool: items lost by draggin them outside of list

"Tools > Manage Tool"

I was able to drag&drop an tool item to the very top (above all 'folders', f.ex. above 'Default' or above 'Binary')
That was the last time i saw this tool item after i close Manage Tools dialog.


- i had an tools item for 'Default'
- this was not available for 'Binary'
- so i drag&drop this item from 'Default' to 'Binary' ... but drop them above of 'Binary'... that is outside the list
- so i lost this item

yes, I can reproduce this. Would try to fix next beta.
