I highlighted a line in a file and can see a message as in the picture about line 183, but I am actually on line 184. Not big deal, but.

Yes, you are right - it is a bug. Would be fixed next beta.

And I hope I am right that it does not count the number of characters selected right either

Decided to add a picture, technically only 7 are real chars, but the space can be counted, anyway not 9.

Hi Arthur,

the count is correct. Algorithm also takes into account CR + LF which are 2 symbols.
