It is not a bug, but if the Repeat Last Command menu item shows for example "Delete Back" (I'd say it must be named backspace), why "Redo" Ctl-Y is not enabled?
Also, IMHO I would add a keyboard shortcut to this menu item for comfort, because I do not want to go through menus to redo my last item.

Hello Arthur,

Repeat Last Command has nothing to do with Redo. Redo/Undo are commands for controlling of Undo queue, and Repeat Last Command just repeats last command. So, if you did delete, you can Undo it or Repeat delete command once more.

"Delete Back" - would be renamed.
