Items disappear from Options after you open it for integrated browser once

When I open Options menu with integrated browser tab active, the menu contains no tool options and no "Syntax settings" item which is OK. But after I switch to a regular document tab, the menu items are not restored, it's necessary to restart HE to get them back.

Yes. This is a bug. I can also reproduce it.
Will be fixed in next 1.49.
BTW: update your 1.48 release. Some of the bugs reported by you already fixed.
