Jump to fields in Find dialog

The shortcuts to jump around in the find dialog don't work in some cases. Namely, alt+letter to get to a dropdown (Scope or "Search only In") cause the "Find What" to be focussed.  Additionally, there are no accelerators for the Search Details section.

Would try to fix (something strange...).

Also I will add accelerator key for Search Details area.
