Project Properties

The Project Properties dialog is messaged up visually a bit and "expert mode" toggle seems to do nothing.

Kudos Allen, I just wanted to tell that the Expert Mode does not seem to change a thing too :) and that I see weird colors at the top if I make it really big.

It seems to me in the Options Dialog the "Expert Mode" does not have any effect either, am I correct?

You are correct . . .

Perhaps this is something incomplete that we shouldn't be seeing yet.  Actually, as of this beta, there seem to be a lot of strange visual artifacts in most, if not all, of the modal windows.

You are right. This is same problem with layouting, screen corruption etc introduced last beta. Sorry for that.
