I'm not sure if this affects all dialogs but at minimum it hits Manage Tools -> Tool Properties.

Behavior is: I have a field selected in this dialog, maybe the cursor placed somewhere in the arguments. Then I alt-tab away to go check the docs on whatever tool I'm calling. When I alt-tab back, the focus is always set back to "Title" which is fully selected.

Expected: the UI state of the dialog should be exactly preserved in between alt-tab away and back. That way when I come back from looking at docs I don't have to move the cursor back to the space in the arguments where it was when I left.

Yes, you are right. It is a bug. Would be fixed next beta.
