Select All, Format -> Delete Duplicates Locks HE Up Big Time

Steps to reproduce the lock up:
I opened up an XML file that contained extra empty lines. My intent was to delete those blank lines.
I chose remove duplicates first and it deleted one line below the cursor (already something strange IMHO).
This was not what I expected HE would/should do.
So I tried to highlight the whole file with Ctrl-A and do the same "delete duplicates".
At this stage HE has just locked itself up .
Ctrl-Shift-Esc (task manager) showed two HE sessions, both not responding 
I have just has a weird day...

thanks I can reproduce this. Would be fixed in new beta.
