Tools for Project
« on: May 13, 2009, 07:00:54 pm »
I would need a separate tools menu, preferably under the Project menu item.
This is why:
Let's say I am developing an app that consists of VBScript files, SQL scripts, XML, and so on.
Naturally, I set my tools to compile and/or run each file.
All these files, as you would expect, are under a project which I eventually need to zip up and FTP (for example). And that can be an ongoing task for instance for several days.
Here is the thing - it would be nice to set a tool that will zip and FTP all files in the project.

PS: Let me know if you have questions.

Hello Arthur,

do you know, that you can add tool to project?
So maybe only that you need to have such functionality is ability to get list of current project files? Something similar to list of Opened files already done. Then you can use it as argument for tool in project.

Is that would be sufficient?

Best regards,
Alex.

- is exactly what I need, you guessed it right - this is the missing piece of the puzzle, please add that option. I think there will be a need to separate them with comma or offer an option how to separate them, hmm, I am puzzled now.

Thank you
