indentation guides on blank lines
« on: November 12, 2009, 09:21:33 am »
Hello,
I use to leave empty lines to divide blocks of code. When I do this the indentation guides does not appears on this blank lines, and I've to insert a tab to show this guides.

I think the indentation guidelines should appear in the empty lines.

Regards,

Hi Jose Luis,

Yes. I think you are right. Have checked Notepad++ and see that indentation guides of scopes are also shown on empty lines.

But if line is outside of any scope, no indentation guides drawn (normally they are drawn on tab positions too).

I would try to add this feature next beta.

Best regards,
Alex.

Hi Alex,
I don´t know what other editors does, because I only use HE, but for me is very ugly that indentation guides doesn't appears on blank lines.
Thanks for including this feature on next beta.

José Luis
