I have verified this issue on Windows 7 on both 1.44 & 1.45, X86 and X64 versions.

When one start saving a project in non english, numerical name, it will produce a garbled filename.

This is on a laptop, 2.4GHz, 4GB RAM.

The way I saved = Project -> Save As.
* ÎÞ±êÌâ1.heprj (0.26 KB - downloaded 21 times.)

Yes, you are right it is a bug and I can reproduce this with Russian project name...
Would try to fix with new 1.45 beta (maybe today).
