I did a DiffMerge tool integration and used the %OpenFilesInteractive% option to choose files.

I noticed long path/file names come truncated.
The form dialog itself can be expanded, but the files remain jammed.

Also it allows one no files be selected and still be able to execute the tool command. I think that does not make sense.

Question:
- should be just the currently active document be selected there at least?
- or nothing selected and execution disabled till user select something?

I would vote for the first.

It comes with all files selected initially (I normally have a bunch of files loaded in HE).

Hi Arthur,

Ok. Agree.

- OK button should be disabled if no files selected
- file names column should not be truncated and should be resizeable together with dialog
- text field with number of selected files should be correctly layouted on resize (I have found also this bug)

About initial selection. I think all files should be selected by default. If you want only active file, you can use %FileName% tag.

Would be fixed with next beta. And I see you have installed 703 Wink

Best regards,
Alex
