do you have any Favorites for IE stored? This button should open list of existing IE favorites.
Just try to add new favorite with icon on the right side of the favorites list button and check it once more.

Yes，it just that the favourites folder has moved to non default location D:\....

Hi alex, just to have a note that the Star button has no effects even for IE with favourites. However, the arrow on the right button shows the existing favourites.

probably this is a bug... I used direct registry reading to get location of the Favorites folder, but seems that the location where to stored it in registry has changed (or he does not have enough rights to access it). So I have changed the logic for reading of the Favorites location (using WinAPI function) so hope this would be fixed next beta.
