How to add new syntax support?
« on: October 01, 2012, 12:04:14 AM »
I am on 1.50.778.

Wanted to add ASP syntax support, so downloaded the ASP archive from

Then exacted its contents to the location specified on the page above and then opening a .aspx does not turn on the highlighting.

I guess I need to turn it on manually, but it would be nice to have turned upon getting the new template.

Hi Arthur,

better to ask how to INSTALL new syntax ;).

Theoretically it should happen as you have expected - syntax of existing files should be recognized. Only in case if you have already changed it before for specific document (maybe for some other syntax), this old preference will be taken.

I will update the syntax download page soon, to make it more clear, but it will change significantly with next betas, with developed online functionality.

BR, Alex.
