directly would be better for direct access,
but if one want to add maybe ten or more tools this would be an too high dialog... so i would vote for submenu Tools

(update to the post above: i just realize that the menu sub-folder
is also visible at menu line (the small icons on top of the screen)  great :thumpsup:  )

(off topic we had really to talk about adding the :thumpsup: smiley      )
