restore all menubar and tool bars

hi all,
I am new to hippo edit, Experimenting with HE I unknowingly hide all the menu bars, toolbars. Now I am left with the text editor main windows itself. How can I restore back the menu and tool bars. Thanks in advance.

In 1.50 there will be messages, not use Alt+F10 or context menu in text editor.
