Different sizes of toolbar icons

Will be useful for users who have large displays if toolbar will have a setting for change size of icons.

Yes, the idea is good as request to create user toolbars or modify current toolbars.
But probably I will do this, after switch on new GUI library (as new MFC) - gui lib in HE is not up to date, and I any way planned to switch to something standard. And most of moder UI libs already have possibility to configure tolbars as a lot other new stuff.
