Restore default settings?

How can I restore the default settings.

I accidentally killed some things and am unable to restore them back properly

Hi inertially,

there is not explicit function to restore defaults. But you can just reinstall HippoEDIT, this would update all schemes to defaults.
To get default general settings you need to clean these files in HippoEDIT directory (but do this when HE is closed):
hippoedit.config
workspaces\default.hewsp
data\settings.xml

To clean up HE temporary files you can start hippoedit with --init command line switch. But in most cases this is not needed.
I can think about one more command line switch for deleting use settings, this is easy.
