file locked warning when editing

I have 1.50.760 on XP wiht SSD drive, when creating a new text file and keep editing, noticed this behavior seems to be different from past releases:

1. when a file is modified, a * is shown on the tab (same as old version)
2. a warning dialog automatically kicks in saying there is an external process locked this file, which I know not true.

By disable this option from Option>Editor, the warning go away.  I suspect this is a new bug.

yes, it is. Will be fixed next update of 1.50.
This comes after changes done for UAC support...
