I missed the link, it would seem....
Are XP and 2003 the only themes?
Need one to match a scheme...
Where they'd act like a team.
Is this just a dream?
Or cash must I redeem?

Yes, if you looking for UI themes, there are only these two: XP, 2003. And I do not plan to add more in near future.
But, if you need syntax highlighting color themes, there are dozens:
Tools->Options->Color Schemes.
