The article would be very appreciated! ;) And I would provide all necessary help, when needed.

Function List plugin is not yet planned. But maybe I will add it for HippoEDIT 2.0 (next major version coming).
There would be another area where you can also help: for ver 2.0 I will add localization support, and translation of HippoEDIT UI texts in Chinese would be very helpful ;)
