The Quick Search Again: looks like remembers only few first searches and in some cases just none.
I expected it to remember my all searches to a certain limit, say 25.

Yes. I can reproduce.

By design the searches in Quick search bar are not saved between sessions (because queries are document specific), but in same session searches should be collected.
Would fix with new beta.

Added: By design search queries would be saved only if search has succeeded and only if explicit search done (pressed Next, Previous, Highlight All or Enter in search field)
