How to disable Smart Comment

Question:

When I am stepping down to a next line from a commented one above using the Enter key I get another line commented automatically.

This is what I do not want to happen because I normally write a line of comment and then some code follows up.

I am curious if I can change this behaviour in HE?

An example of what I am talking about:

1) Type a new line of comments like in VB Script: ' this function will do that ...
2) Hit the Enter key and observe the line below commented out too:
' this function will do that ...
'oops wanted some code here

you can disable Smart Comment here:
main menu Tools->Options->Formatting->Smart Helpers->Smart Helpers.
