Typing words then scrolling down with mouse wheel shifts them beyond visibility

Typing several words then scrolling with the mouse wheel down moves them beyond visibility.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Create a new text document;
2) Start typing a word at the top left, then hit Enter;
3) Repeat step #2 several times,

then scroll with the mouse wheel down. One will notice that all except the last typed words have shifted up becoming effectively not visible and there is no vertical scroll-bar hinting that there is more text there.

If one scrolls with the wheel up they come back. This was discovered by an accident.

PS: I have just briefly returned to my now dormant Notepad++ to try and this thing is not happening in it.

I have checked. In Notepad++ lines would not be scrolled.
Ok I would fix this
