word selection

Hi...

HippoEdit -- still my editor of choice for some things -- has a slightly odd behaviour for mouse selection.

If you double-click inside a word, it selects back from the cursor position to the start of the word.

Sometimes, that's useful. Sometimes -- like right now -- I want it to select the whole word and in order to do that, I have to double-click right at the end of the word. Which, on a high definition screen with not the hugest text, can be A Struggle.

So, is it possible to change that behaviour? Preferably temporarily?

Hey oblivion, Hippoedit has already a very simple way to select one or many whole words with your mouse:
press and hold the CTRL-button, then do just a single click - and the whole word under the mouse pointer is selected.
And just hold both the CTRL-button AND the mouse button and drag in the direction you want to extend your selection by whole words.
