Hi,
First of all congratulations to Alex for the new version of HE. It includes syntax settings for xHarbur, that is my fevorite language on Windows. With this feature I think that HE is the best code editor for Windows.
I'm trying to customize the stantad toolbar to include the 'find in project' comand from the menu Navigation, but I don't find any way to do this. Is this possible ? How ?

Hello Jose Luis,

glad to here you again ;)
HE contains xHarbour schema contributed by Evi (I have also one you wrote). The schema now support labels, so you can get list of functions/procedures in Navigation bar (not the same like Function List you some when requested, but mostly with same functionality). The function list as side bar is also designed but would come later.

With 1.43 release I would remove xHarbout schema from installation as some other schemes (because there are already a lot, and this makes some usability problems for novice), but it would be available in download area for syntax files of the web site I have added recently. And further in the future would be possible to download it directly form editor, with on-line functionality.

About your question: unfortunately till now it is not possible. Toolbars not yet configurable, and probably I would not do it in 1.4x releases. Would come in 1.50. As small workaround you can use button on project explorer toolbar: Find in Project.

Best regards,
Alex.

Thanks Alex,
You have the best lightweight editor for Windows !! I think HE is the best software purchase that I've made ever.

I'll try to create do the find in files command in the project, but it will be easy having a shortcut for every command, and find in project doesn't have any.

I also will contact with Evi because the Clipper schema give me some errors, and would try to solve.

Thanks ;)

Yes, that is right Find in Project has no default shortcut, but you can assign it in Tools->Keyboard-> and filter by Edit.FindInProject. There are already too much commands to find empty shortcut for all, so I prefer to add assign only most important, and rest leave to user decision. Also not always my assumption about correct shortcut correspond to other users wish :))

Evi started topic with discussion here and she has attached schema files, that a little bit different then installed, because use additional include file.

Best regards,
Alex.
