View -> Auto-Hide Menu - when it supposed to un-hide?

If I enable the option to Auto-Hide Menu it does not seem like coming back at all unless I Alt-F10 or right click on one of the other menus and choose Main Menu.

Also auto-hiding the file tabs seems not working either, but it very well could be me not poking around enough as usual, so sorry in advance.

Hello Arthur,

if you enable Auto-Hide Menu it can be shown when you press Alt key. As it done in IE7. If you then select something, it should be hided once more.

if you have enabled Auto-Hide Tabs it should hide tab bar if you have only one document open (it there are no bars at all it hidden by default), and show it again when you open second bar. Is it working different in your case?

Got the idea... but why not to allow hiding all file tabs?
Especially after the feature name implies Auto-Hide Tabs (in plural)?
