(Just a minor request: I'm not able to force HE to display menubar in the same row as another toolbar. I'd find it conveniet on a netbook especially where you have to spare space as much as possible.)

Currently I do not think this is a good idea, because I see difficulties in implementation: when you have only one document open, most right side of the menu bar is used to display [X] for closing of current document. I do not see the way how this will work together if placing of the ordinary toolbars and menu bat in one line will be allowed.
So, I will keep this in mind, but for near feature - no.

Best regards,
Alex.

It doesn't happen for me. ( http://i41.tinypic.com/w7g7b7.png ) Is it possible to set it somewhere to behave so?
Anyway the feature I was requesting could be enabled only when the user has the tab closing set as I do.

[X]  is not shown in your case, because you have View->Document Tabs set to Show. In Auto Hide case you will have it.
But this will not be obvious for user why some when it works, some when not.

(This is not a big problem IMHO - a documentation could specify it, there could be even a remark in toolbar settings dialog (simply "You can put other toolbars into one row with menubar only if you have View->Document Tabs set to Show.)

(BTW, I would find it convenient if tab displaying could be set in Options dialog as well... But, now, I know where to set it, so it depends on what other users find logical... :) )
