Search&Replace dialog improvements

Hi Stefan,

I think, this is a bug. I do not check task bar size, when searching for best position for search dialog, so that can be that it will overlap it.
Check for main window border, I think not really a good idea, because than, in non maximized mode of the editor window you will not be able to consume desktop space for dialog or even another monitor.

So the right way will be just to decrease available space by taskbar size. I will do this in next beta.
