To reproduce this bug (or feature) 

open some txt files (i tryed with 10, never mind)

go to menu window -> windows (alt+w+w)

press ctrl and select files 1,2,4,5 (example)

press close button.

the indexes of the listbox are not cleaned, and the files 1,2,4,5 are selected again.

I do not think this was a feature Will be fixed in next 1.49 beta.
