I would like to have the ability to store my code snippets.
I realize I have accumulated a ton of useful small bits of code I would like to keep handy in every session.

Perhaps you want to suggest how to implement this, so Alex could collect some more ideas.
What is the right way to easy access an snippet? (from menu, pop-up dialog?, side-panel?, shortcut?)
I have done an start <here> where you may post your opinions too.

Sure, to my taste it has to be a handy window (already used to it in VS), so make it dockable, perhaps left being the default. The window has to have tags/categories in there.
