Custom set space between tool bars is not maintained after resizing

Perhaps not a big deal, but:

I like to keep the "Full Screen" command button on the HE's extreme right. However:

If I need to re-size HE or use its max then Restore Down button I get the menus tightened together again.

I know. This is a bug, but I would delay solving of it.
Toolbar handling should be redesigned completelly. Probably I would fix this some when in developement of 1.5x branch.

Good, if not yet, I wanted to tell that I need more robust toolbars with functionality to add my own buttons, images, and be able to arrange them as I feel necessary.
