I had a vacation, so was not able to react in time.

I have seen your refund request and had accepted it already, so you should get your money soon. This is completely my fault, so you are right here and there are no problems with getting money back. Nevertheless, I have sent you also a license key, to excuse myself for the troubles you met.

I have just now sent them a reply telling them to drop the refund request if it is not too late. Thanks for sending the license key, and for creating HippoEdit - it is a great piece of software.

I think, now it is too late - I have executed refund by myself, not waiting Digital River, and already got a confirmation and see that order has status Refund.
But - no problem, as I said, that was my fault, and that is fine that you got license for free
You have a chance to help HippoEDIT using other ways: reporting bugs or helping in promotion or what ever you think can be helpful.
