No Name for the Tools Toolbar

I have taken out the Editor Toolbar to do a comparison. Screenshot attached.

By the way all my testing were done on Windows 7 X64 (Seems like Windows 7 & X64 community is growing)

could not reproduce this... I have tried this only on 32 bit XP but do not see the reason why it should not work on Windows 7 64 bit.
Can you please add some more tools and try to resize tool bar horizontally? Because in such layout you have shown it is just not possible to draw text for toolbar (also on XP).

Sure, but minimally i should add how many tools?

Generally, you can check this even with two tools you already have. But if you have at least 4 tools, you should see complete name in toolbar.
Just change floating bar layout by dragging right side of the toolbar to the right.
