Simultaneous Text Editing

I just read http://www.hanselman.com/blog/SimultaneousEditingForVisualStudioWithTheFreeMultiEditExtension.aspx and think why not if not already HE would support simultaneous text editing?
In Sublime Text it is even featured as almost the key feature. Notepad++ has it now. E-TEXT EDITOR has it too.

Hi Arthur,

yes, I agree this is a great feature, was already multiple times requested here and it will come in next HE versions: 1.60 or 1.5x.
Thanks for link, but for me Sublime implementation will be more as reference. As I wrote some when, the only unclear part for me here, in context of HE, is how to trigger/start multi selection.
Sublime has it with Ctrl+Click, in your example for VS it is Alt+Click. Generally both already occupied in HE one for word selection and another one for block/column selection. So, to get multiple selection need to be done some incompatible changes in UX of HE..
