1) HE does not support canceling of the download request. In current build - will do in next build.
2) It actually does not hang. And this is not a OpenSSL bug. SSL tunneling from OpenSSL just not allow you to simply 'drop' connection (transmission). You need to 'eat' all requested. Ok, maybe not save it. So, the coding you think is hanging just empty the transmission queue.
