Doing a vertical scroll displays a function name from above

Doing a vertical scroll displays a function name from above, this is happening when the scroll bar is in the middle and I am moving downward; rather I expected to see the function name that is in the scope (middle of the screen).

But if there are more then one function visible in the screen at same time? Which to show?
Currently HE shows function (scope) where first visible line (top line) positioned...
