Does HE have function like Sublime "ctrl + p" called search file in project

Does HE have function like Sublime "ctrl + p" called search file in project by filename???

I thought this function is usefull.

There is no exact function like in sublime (smth like jump from anywhere) but there is similar functionality.
- Call command View.ProjectExplorer (default Ctrl+Alt+F3)
- start directly typing part of the file name
- the matching file will be found and by pressing Enter you can open it in text editor.
