Where Canadian English Encoding Is?

Again the encoding:

looking at the screenshot, why Canadian English is not listed?

Also, why Canadian French is in Western Europe? I know they wish to be, but this is not the case  ;)

Hippoedit uses encoding list installed in Windows, grouped by code page families (same list as IE uses).
Last used encoding moved to top of the list, maybe Canadian is on top?

Show how this list looks like in IE on your machine.

where is Canadian English in IE? And what is code page number for it?

I do not see it, sorry, I took that from IE version 8. If this is a system setting, then I cannot blame HE thus perhaps this topic needs to be closed?

Right, it's a system setting.
Do you need 'Canadian English' ?
Maybe you can install it from regional options dialog?  (see here an picture => http://www.i18nwithvb.com/win2k.htm)
