Options Dialog If Resized Works Strangely

Well, I think I was blind today and decided to enlarge (sorry, this is not spam ) the options dialog.
As a result I started to get weird text appearing in the middle of the form. There will be a few images accompanying my post, but they are a result of different actions, depends how you move or click inside the dialog.

I realize the description control is not anchored/allows free movement.

Hello Arthur,

you are right. This is new bug introduced in new beta :/ I have also noticed it, but was already to late...
I would try to publish fixed version tomorow.
