If I open Manage Tools and enable "Show All Syntaxes" I get several items I do not know what can be done with in terms of tools, e.g. the Tooltip window.
Any idea folks?

You can define external tools to appear under the Tools menu -- you can configure them under the Default folder (so they'll appear no matter what file you are editing) or you can configure them specifically for a syntax, so a tool appears only for a certain file type.

For example, for all syntaxes I have rcftp.exe set up--so I can hit alt+shift+r and upload a file to an ftp server in a few clicks.  For CSS files only, I have "Webmasters Toolkit" configured so I can quickly open it to get colors, box sizes, etc.

Yes, but the question was what sense make an tool for Tooltip.

Ah, I understand.  Something inherently there from the way the application is laed out and it hasn't been filtered out of the tools box for our benefit yet :)

Yes, Tooltip window, Output Window, Find Result 1 and Find Result 2 are technical windows and there is no sence to show them in Tools management or Help management.
I would filter them out.
