Hi Alex,

HE gets better and better...
Just a little issue, but annoying :
In Options Smart helpers > Case correction I use Make operand = Like in syntax definition
Yet when I format (all or selection), case is not changed when line was not reformated. For example if indent is already correct, there is no reformating. In this case, the case correction doesn't work.
Even if I use another option (Capitalize, UPERCASE...) no case correction.

Currently, to apply case correction, I delete all indents, so all lines are reformated and case correction is applied.
But is there another workaround or is it not planned ?

Hi JJK,

I would tell this is a bug, but I could not reproduce the issue... (tried with HTML syntax and this text <HTML></HTML>).

So, can you provide here reproducible example + syntax you are using. I would check.

And I would also move the  post to Bug reports board.

Best regards,
Alex.

Here is a file sample written in OOoBasic.
For example in line 10 I have the keyword "right" written in lowcase.
When I format all (menu Format > Format all) with Case correction=Like in syntax definition, nothing happens because the file is already correctly formated.
Now I unindent the line 10, then I format all. "right" becomes "Right" as in syntax definition, what is I expected. But to get the case correction, I had to "unformat" previously, for example by unindenting the whole file, or obviously, only the lines where I want correct case.

Hi JJK,

yes, I have reproduced that. Looks like something simple. Would be fixed with 1.45 beta end of this week.
Thanks a lot for bug report ;)

Best regards,
Alex.

Yes !!
but no hurry : I am in vacation until 14/7 without no computer.
What a pain !

But there are perhaps other users to which your fix will be welcome.

So, hurry  :D
