Easily Crashing in File Explorer's right-click menu!

HippoEdit ver: 1.45.695
My OS : Windows 2003

In File Explorer's "FileView":
1.   I right-clicked mouse at a file , it shown the Shell's Context Menu, and HippoEdit added 2 menuitems at the top of that menu "Open in HippoEdit" and "add to project %s".
2.   I right-clicked mouse at another file , it shown the Shell's Context Menu, but at the top of that menu just had 2 blank menuitems. (also happened in "TreeView" , one blank menuitem )
3.   I clicked at one of the blank menuitem, the HippoEdit Crashed !

However, When I dblclick at a file, HippoEdit works well.

thanks for such detailed description, but unfortunately could not reproduce...
Always get two filled HE menu items and they are working... Tried as in File View as in Tree View...

Have found some small another bug with Add to Project UntitledXX.heprj. Number always increase. This would be fixed.
Have tried till now on XP, but think this should work same on all systems.

So, what I see. First "add to project %s" this is strange. Should be name of the project... Do you have project open?
Second, can you reproduce this after restart of HE? Maybe reason was some other exception that was catch but destroy the rest?
What kind of file you have clicked? Is this situation same for all files?
