No Files Saved On Exit if None Selected But Option is Available

If you are about to close HE off and have files modified (by the x button for example) and no files to save have been selected (got none selected by an accident, see picture).
Then HE presents you an option enabled to save selected files despite none were.
So it this case it will quit w/o saving any. Thus changes get lost. I think the correct functionality should be to not enable the save selected button.

Hmm, I think you are right there, hope the admin can see this asap and make the save selected button as disabled (Grayed...)
