There is no action done, why is there repeat option, command being available.

in screenshot you have attached, I see that you have called Commands Hint window before. So this is a last command.

But, from another point I see that even after new start  of the editor, the Repeat Last Command is active, but contains no description. And this is a bug. I would fix this new beta.
