HippoEDIT won't restart after update

HippoEDIT installed an update recently and now I cannot start it again.  When I run it, a messagebox appears that says "The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect.  Please see the application event log for more detail."

Sorry, I did some searches and of course only noticed the similar posts after I submitted this one.  Applying the redist files fixed the problem.

Yes. This is known problem :/ It is a pity that it re-appear (this is already third report last days about the same). I would try to recheck this in 1.47.

The same error occurs as i had installed version 1.60.12. I had to reinstall my pc because a hdd is crashed. Before Hippoedit was working. Now this error occurs. Probaly i need a redist package, but i dont know which.
