Commandline --> OPEN second file --> the opened file doesn't get focus

When I open a file via command line ("hippoedit.exe file.txt") when a file is already opened
then HE opens the file correctly, but the first tab (with the previous file) still has the focus although the second tab is in the foreground.

Yes, this a bug. I have checked. This is already fixed in 1.50 and I remember that I have done something in this area, so probably downport from 1.50 to 1.4x was done with errors.

I will fix this in 1.49 beta. Probably in one week.
