Right-click menu revision request

It is rather a suggestion to revise the context menu (that pops up on right-click).
1) Remove one of the 'more -> ' menu items. This makes me confused which one I need to click (silly me  )
2) Smart Navigate, select all, appear twice (once in the top menu and another in navigation), pl leave out one, perhaps the one at the top.
3) Collapse to definition makes HE crash. Not sure if this is because I am on the 1.50 ver.

1) I feel like we already discussed that. With you
    Maybe I will remove them at all completely and leave only in main menu and shortcuts, but not now.

2) Yes, this should be corrected. I will fix this (duplication). But probably will do the opposite, and will leave one which is on top level. The reason why it was moved there, because it is very handy and should be used as a first choice if you want to do a context search.

3) Yes, I know. This is already fixed and will be in next update of 1.50.
