Hi, I am suprised that I cannot save a new file as long as it is empty. Sometimes I would prefer that. G

New empty file is not marked as modfied, until you have change something in it. Therefore Save is disabled. To be consistent, it should be marked as midified, directly after creation, but in this case also creation process itself, should be undoable.. And also users will get request for save if they exit (probably also not all will like this).
So, if you want to save an empty file, just enter+delete space and go :)

Best regards,
Alex.

Sure, I understand and that is an OK way. As you support templates you connot simply check on the usaved file being empty. My previous editor did not have these features (I'm still adapting  :)  )
